How do I access my reports once I start my subscription?
If you already have access to the LevelTen Platform, LevelTen will update your account credentials to have access to the Report Center. If you do not already have access, LevelTen will create an account for you.
When will I receive my first PPA Price Index Report?
Once you receive credentials, you can access LevelTen’s Report Center where you will have immediate access to the most recently published PPA Price Index Report. You can also see which Market Transparency Reports are available; when you see one you’d like, contact LevelTen to redeem one of the two credits included in a Base-level subscription.
How do I redeem my Market Transparency Report credits?
Once you have been granted access, you can browse the Report Catalog to determine which Market Transparency Reports your team is interested in. You will be able to review a summary of each report, then request to redeem credits to be granted access to those MTRs.
Does each user need to subscribe individually, or does a subscription provide access for our entire company?
A subscription provides access to the LevelTen Report Center for all employees at a company. If employees already have access to the LevelTen Platform, their login credentials will be automatically updated to provide access to the Report Center. Any employees who do not have access to the Platform will need to contact LevelTen to set up an account.

What methodology do you use?
Our Price Index dataset is composed of anonymized PPA price offers on the LevelTen Energy Marketplace, from projects that have been updated on our platform during the most recent quarter. All prices:
- Include bundled project renewable energy certificates (REC)/guarantee of origin (GO) values
- Are from offers with tenors ranging between 10 and 19 years
- Assume financial settlement at regional hubs using pricing from the real-time wholesale energy market
Only standard, flat, as-generated offers are included, from projects with a range of contract start dates and commercial operation dates. We aggregate this price data into percentile buckets, with our national-level indices compiling market-level P25 data in various ways to produce high-level perspectives of market trends.
What’s the difference between the PPA Price Index and MarketPulse?
